Fixes and changes

Fixed a bug that occurred when ending the game in Unexplored Location.

The toggles layout has been changed, Sector Map button has been moved there.
Added keyboard shortcuts to toggles.
Added tooltip info for keyboard shortcuts in toggles and equipment slots.

Added new tip about protected/home sectors.
Player's Panel => Tips => Protected Sectors.

Added warning when spawning in hostile star systems.

When creating an account, the minimum number of characters in a player name has been changed from 6 to 5.

Increased font size in chat box.

The number of drones attacking mining ships has been changed. Now one drone appears for each ship type.

Chance of getting kaeronite from other squad members' loot increased from 25% to 35%.

Increased rewards and added a reward for leveling up to 30.
